One of our favorite Marcus Roberts shows from the JALC archive. Roberts leads his iconic suite chronicling the blues in all its form and feel. He’s joined by drummer Jason Marsalis, bassist Roland Guerin and others to play the story.
Jazz at Lincoln Center's Peabody Award–winning radio series, Jazz From Lincoln Center, is hosted by Wynton Marsalis and broadcast weekly to over 240 public radio affiliates nationwide through the Jazz Satellite Network. The show features the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra along with contemporary jazz composers and performers.
