The Sustainable Business Council invites the public to the lecture, “Sustainable Business: How Do We Scale It in Time?” with Microsoft’s Steve Lippman. This lecture is free, and open to the public. It will be held on Thursday, February 21st at 6pm in room 106 of the Gallagher Business Building on the UM Campus. For more information, call 721-3000 ext 1119.

The 2013 Community Lecture Series, Six Tuesday Nights, begins this week with “Between East and West: The Question of Identity in Russian History” by Robert H. Greene. This lecture will be presented on Tuesday, February 19th from 7-8:30pm in the University Center Theater on the UM campus. Seats are limited, and tickets sell out quickly. Hopa Mountain will host two events this week. First, Paul Schmitz, CEO of Public Allies, will give a lecture on building leadership from the community up. This lecture will be held on Tuesday, February 19th at 7pm in the MSU-Bozeman Procrastinator Theater. A coffee and conversation with Paul Schmitz will be held on Wednesday, February 20th from 8:30-9:30am in the Bozeman Public Library’s main meeting room. Lake County Job Service and Salish Kootenai College will host a career fair for those looking to meet, network with, or interview prospective employers. The career fair will be held on Tuesday, February 19th from 10am-2pm at Joe McDonald Health and Wellness Center at Salish Kootenai College in Pablo. For more information, call 275-4826.

Carroll College’s Anthrozoology Club invites the public to, “Dogs in the War Zone: sergeant Rex and the Human-Animal Bond in Iraq” by Mike Dowling, U.S. Marines veteran of the Iraq war. This lecture is free and open to the public; it will be held on Wednesday, February 20th at 7pm at Carroll College in Helena. For more information, call 447-5415.
