Today's Highlight: Deep Springs College
The campus is a cattle ranch in the high desert. The 26 students milk cows by hand, cut alfalfa, kill and cook the animals they eat, AND carry a full academic load. This is not your normal college. It’s Deep Springs
Homeground Radio is a half-hour public affairs program with topics that range from the environment to the politics of Montana and the rural west. In each program, host Brian Kahn conducts one or two in-depth interviews.
