Today's Highlight: For those who have a resolution to learn a new skill this new year, an Introduction to Oil Painting class will be held TONIGHT from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Zootown Arts Community Center, 235 North 1st Street West in Missoula. The Alpine Artisans invite the public to a Christmas tree bonfire event this Sunday, beginning at 3:00 o’clock at the Mercers’ Two Elk Ranch in Condon. Hot chocolate and chili will be served in hand-thrown mugs and live music will be playing for listening and dancing. For more details, call Scott at 677-0717.
Do YOU want to start the New Year off in a more civic-minded way? Join the Florence Civic Club on January 7th at 7:00 p.m. to learn more information regarding such projects as the bike path, scholarships, community awards as well as other civic-minded opportunities. Fencing is a growing sport in our communities and the Missoula Fencing Association invites everyone to see what the excitement is all about. Two, free introductory classes will be held on January 4th at 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. at 1200 Shakespeare Street, Suite A in Missoula.
