Today's Highlight: Hopa Mountain, a Bozeman based non-profit organization investing in rural and tribal citizen leaders will host a winter concert featuring Judy Fjell on Wednesday December 19th at 7 pm in the Emerson Cultural Center’s Weaver Room. Doors open at 6 pm, tickets cost $10 and are available at the door. Call 586.2455 for additional information.

Zootown Arts Community Center in Missoula is presenting a Glass Fusion Orientation class on Tuesday December 18th from 6 to 7:30 pm. Call 549.7555 to register.

The Sentinel High School Bands will perform for the public on Tuesday December 18th at the Margaret Johnson Theater on the Sentinel High School campus in Missoula. The Jazz and Symphony bands will perform at 7:30 pm with a hosted reception in the foyer following the performance. Admission is a food donation for the Food Bank. Missoula Public Library is sponsoring a free gathering every Monday and Saturday at 10 am for the purpose of stretching to Rodney Yee’s DVD on Stretching Yoga. This event is open to all. Call 370.2918 for more information.

Helena High American Welding Society is collecting old cell phones to recycle the batteries and bodies to avoid their addition to the land fill. Funds raised will support service projects of the group which strives to assist students in gaining skills in welding and becoming better community members. Collections will occur from now to January 31st. Drop off phones at the Helena High main ofice, at the Welding shop or call Cindy at324.02180 for information.
