The Helena Symphony invites everyone to join them this Saturday, November 3rd at the Red Fox Restaurant for an evening to support music-making in Helena. Learn how to relax and reduce your stress level at the First Friday program on relaxation techniques and yoga that will be held in the North Valley Public Library in Stevensville. Come to the Zootown Arts Center in Missoula from 2:00 – 5:00 this Friday for a pre-“Day of the Dead” parade workshop. Create colorful sugar skulls that are used in decorations as well as learn the traditional art of face painting.
