A listener once described Pazz and Jop as that Grateful Dead-Bob Dylan show. Pazz and Jop does entwine vintage music of the 60’and 70’s along with some skillful weaving in of cuts from the current millenium.
Fred Rice has been hosting this Montana Public Radio icon for 20-some years, and recently has added to the dialectic by sharing the decibel dharma (and alternating weeks) with Rigel Bankshot. Together they make Pazz and Jop a Friday night destination for listeners who are ready to either kick back, or kick up their heels.
