Today's Highlight: Best of the Cuban Big Bands Bandleader and composer Paquito D'Rivera guides us among the composers of his Cuban homeland—Mario Bauza, Arturo 'Chico' O'Farrill, Ernesto Duarte et al. He brings Latin percussion with Horacio Hernandez (drums), Richard Padron (guitar) and Pedro Martinez (percussion), with the five-beat rhythm, to the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra.
