Today's Highlight: Today’s University and Community Activities are partly sponsored by Swinging on a Star, a live tribute to the golden age of radio running through August 19th at the Elks Lodge in downtown Missoula. Shows start at 7:00 pm with dinner available. Tickets can be found at Star dot com or call 360-7827.

The Montana Audio Information Network’s 10th annual “Wear It Again” Jewelry Sale will take place this Friday and Saturday at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 830 South Ave. in Missoula. The sale will include over 10,000 pieces of jewelry and will be open on Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am to noon. For more information, please call 721-1998.

The 22nd annual Huckleberry Days Arts Festival will take place August 12 – 14 at Depot Park in Whitefish. The festival includes over 100 vendors of fine arts and good food as well as a huckleberry dessert bake-off contest. The Community at the Confluence Festival will take place this Sunday, August 14th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Old Milltown Dam on Highway 200 toward Tamarack. And finally, the Missoula Symphony Orchestra invites the public to its annual free Symphony in the Park.
