Reach out to other cultures with the Western Montana Friendship Force. All are welcome to their annual Pot Luck Picnic and Meeting where a cultural exchange with Australia will be discussed. Kids ages 9 - 12 interested in 4-H are invited to participate in activities involving the care and showing of small farm animals, photography, crafts and more at the 4-H day camp happening July 27th from 8am until 12pm at the Missoula County Fairgrounds. Severe winter and spring weather has taken its toll on the National Bison Range’s Red Sleep Mountain Drive. The gravel road will be under construction throughout the week July 11th. On Tuesday July 19th Red Sleep will close from 6:30am until 4pm then reopen for evening use. For more information call the Refuge at 644-2211.
