Hopa Mountain’s Youth Leadership Program invites teens 13 – 18 as well as adults to volunteer at the future site of the Veteran’s Fishing Park in Logan, MT, on Saturday, September 11th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please bring work gloves along with a shovel or rake to prepare the ground for planting grass seed. Meet at the Logan water tower. For more information, call 586-2455.

Teens and adults are invited to a “Blanket Bee” to create handmade blankets for children facing medical, emotional, or other life challenges. The bee will be held from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm on Saturday, September 11th at the Moose Ledge, 2101 Montana Street in Black Eagle. Call 866-2318 if you’d like further details.

The 3rd Annual Boulder Music and Art Festival will be held this Saturday and Sunday, September 11 and 12, beginning at noon each day. Activities include music, art vendors, authors, food, activities for the children and oh so much more! The Evergreen Kids Corner Preschool will host two soccer clinics for kids ages
3 – 5 beginning this Saturday and continuing through October 16th. The clinics will be held at 9:00 or 11:00 am at the Westview Center Fields in Hamilton. Call 369-2532 for more information.

The American Diabetes Association’s “Tour de Cure Montana 2010” will be held this Saturday, September 11th. The 100-mile ride will begin at 7:30 am; the 50-mile ride begins at 9:30; the 23-mile ride starts at 10:30 and the 6-mile family fun ride starts at noon. Music and a barbeque begins at 1:00.
