Writing coaches are currently needed in the Missoula area to help middle and high school students express themselves through their writing. Training will be given in September. The Clay Studio of Missoula, located at 1106 Hawthorne Street, invites the public to view their current exhibit, Soda Salt National V, a collection of Soda and Salt-Fired works from all over the nation. Everyone is invited to an artist reception and gallery talk this Friday night from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at the Missoula Art Museum. The featured exhibit will be “Snippets from the Bright and from the Shade: The Camera Work of David J. The Bitterroot Public Library in Hamilton will begin their extended hours this September by remaining open until 6:00 pm on Monday and Thursday evenings. Also, the library will hold Toddler Story Time this Friday morning, September 3rd from 10:30 – 11:15 in the West meeting room.
