Today's Highlight: Headwaters RC&D Area, Inc. is offering a 2-day Introduction to Quickbooks training course on January 4th and 5th at MT Tech in Butte. The cost is 35.00 and includes refreshments and lunch both days. Call Ashley at 782.7333 x 300 to register. Space is limited and today is the final day to register.
In the Helena area, St. Jude’s Ranch for Children will be collecting your used holiday greeting cards, which will be used by the children to recycle into new cards to be sold next season. Cards may be dropped off at Helena High School and are being gathered by the Welding class between January 4th and February 2nd to delivered to the ranch. The Parenting Place in Missoula offers free child care on Monday and Wednesday nights from 5:30 to 8:30. This program provides care in a safe and nurturing environment while parents take some time to nurture themselves. Limited space is available and there is an intake process for new families to the program. For more info call 728.5437 or go online to www.parentingplace.net.
