Today's Highlight: Kevin Goodan

Welcome to The Write Question, a program that explores the world of writing and publishing in the western United States. Our guest today is Kevin Goodan from Lewiston, Idaho.

Kevin Goodan

Goodan was raised in the Mission Valley of western Montana and then attended the University of Montana and the University of Massachusetts—Amherst. Goodan’s first book of poems, In the Ghost-House Acquainted, was published by Alice James Books in 2004 and chosen for the 2005 L.L. Winship/PEN New England Award. His second collection is entitled, Winter Tenor.

Goodan’s poems have appeared in many journals, including Ploughshares, The Colorado Review, and American Poet, and he has taught Creative Writing at the University of Connecticut and Wesleyan University.

Currently, Goodan is an Assistant Professor at Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho.
