Today's Highlight: Today’s Community Calendar is sponsored by “Fall in Love With Rocky Mountain Ballet Theatre” with performances on Friday, February 13th at the Children’s Theatre in Missoula. Featuring a children’s matinee at 4:30, a silent auction at 7, and an evening performance at 8:00pm. For ticket information, call 549-5155.

The Montana Natural History Center is hosting Leo Bird, a teacher and member of the Blackfeet tribe, for his lecture on Native American Astronomy this Thursday, February 12th at 7:00pm. The Center is located at 120 Hickory St in Missoula and can be reached at 327-0405.

The Carroll College Campus Center in Helena is hosting a forum titled “The Consistent Ethic of Human Life” which will feature Sen. Roy Brown, Sen. Mitch Tropila, and theologian Dr. John Reis. The forum is designed to discuss the entire range of human life issues such as poverty, violence, abortion, and the death penalty. The public is encouraged to attend this free event, and refreshments will be provided. Contact the Carroll College by calling 447-5415.

Missoula Community Access Television is holding a training course for anyone in the community who would like to make a television show. Tomorrow, February 11th, the session will include equipment training, remote camera shoots, and computer video editing techniques. Give MCAT a call at 542-6228 or just show up tomorrow at 5:30pm with your ideas.

The Montana Film Academy is offering six student filmmaker scholarships for a two-week wildlife film camp this summer. The six students chosen for the award will produce one major film focusing on Montana’s wildlife that will be featured in the International Montana Matters Campaign. The Montana Repertory Theatre features their production of Undone, an adaptation of Henrik Isben’s A Doll House February 10th through the 14th at the Crystal Theatre on the Hip Strip in Missoula. Tickets are $10 until the weekend, with the Friday and Saturday performances priced at $15. Call 243-6809 to find out more.

The Missoula Senior Center will hold their annual elections today at 11:00am. The center encourages all members to attend the meeting and even offer rides to others who can’t make it on their own. This election is crucial to the success of the Senior Center so all members please be sure to participate. You can call the Senior Center at 543-7154 for more details.

Meadowsweet Herbs is hosting a free presentation about children’s vaccinations tomorrow, February 11th from 7-9:00pm. Dr Theresita Martinez will share the latest research on vaccines as well as naturopathic vaccine perspectives.
