On the next "Jazz Archives,"pianists have always been at the forefront with innovations and improvements to the music throughout the history of jazz. We'll feature five prominent pianists of the 1920s & '30s, and their contributions. And we even include one by a 'Mystery-Pianist' of renown from the late-1920s
Montana Public Radio’s Joe Korona produces and hosts Jazz Archives, taking us through the evolution of various genres of music—ragtime, blues, small-group swing, big-band swing, boogie-woogie, bebop and more. Jazz Archives focuses on musical personalities and characters as well as instruments and styles.
