Today's Highlight: "The Mediterranean: From Spain to North Africa, Egypt, and the Diaspora in Paris The ancient Mediterranean was a lively crossroads of Egyptian, Roman, Greek, and Arab cultures. To this day, there are common instruments, rhythms, and melodies. We hear from artists of the ground-breaking group RadioTarifa, who are passionate about reimagining and reactualizing this rich cultural mix. We'll also hear the beloved flamenco superstar singer El Camaron de la Isla, the superstars of Cairo, Orchestre National de Barbès as well as groups from Algeria and Tunisia.
