Rubin is the Director of Studies and Senior Fellow Center on International Cooperation New York University
Dr. Rubin is the author of The Fragmentation of Afghanistan: State Formation and Collapse in the International System (2002) and seven other books. A leading authority on Afghanistan, he will discuss the effects of the deteriorating situation in that country on the United States.
