Today's Highlight: The Montana Cattleman’s Association is holding two community meetings across the state this week. The first will be held in the Community Center in Whitlash Wednesday February 20th at 2PM. The second meeting is scheduled at the Lobby Café in Conrad on Thursday February 21st at 12:30PM. The Art Associates of Missoula are holding their monthly meeting this Wednesday February 20th at 10AM at the Missoula Art Museum. Shalene Valenzuela will give a lecture on her clay work. This meeting is free and open to the public. Call 549-0752 for more information.

The Great Falls Chapter of PFLAG – Parents, Families, and Friends of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, and Transgenders is holding their regular monthly meeting today at 7PM at 1220 17th St S. To learn more, call 868-1064.

The American Red Cross is holding several blood drives across the state this week. Today, in Thompson Falls, you can donate at St. Williams Catholic Church from noon until six PM. Call 827-5188 for an appointment. In Lakeside, donations are being accepted at the Lakeside Community Chapel Fellowship Hall from 4 until 7PM. On Wednesday the 20th , in Kalispell, you can donate at the Flathead Electric Co-Op from 2 until 5PM. On Thursday the 21st, donations will be accepted in Libby at the VFW from noon until 5PM. On Friday the 22nd, you can donate at the Missoula Red Cross from 10AM until 1PM. Call 543-6695 to schedule an appointment. On Monday February 25th, in Darby, you can donate at the Trapper Creek Job Corps from 11AM until 4PM. Call 821-2114 for an appointment. In Stevensville, donations are being accepted at Super One Foods from 2PM until 6PM. Call 777-7300 to schedule an appointment.

The 19th Annual Big Sky Career Fair will take place at the University of Montana in Missoula tomorrow, February 20th from 9AM until 3PM in the UC. From 4PM until 8:30 PM today, there is a workshop in the UC to help students prepare for the job fair. For more information, contact Career Services at 243-2022.

Families First in Missoula is holding several events tomorrow, February 20th. From 11AM until 12:15PM, a workshop titled “Pizza for Parents: Positive Discipline for Primary Grades” will be held at Rattlesnake Elementary. The class is free and childcare is provided. Then, tomorrow evening, from 6:30 until 8 PM is the “Healthy Families First Fun Night” at Target Range Elementary. This event is free and family oriented. The Flathead Valley Amateur Radio Club is offering classes for General and Technician Ham Radio Licenses. The classes will be held from 9AM to 5PM on Saturday February 23rd and from 9AM until noon on March 1st. Testing for licenses will start at 1:30PM on March 1st. Pre-registration is required. The CoMotion Dance Project is hosting two performances of “A CoMotion in Motion” this Friday February 22nd at the Montana Theatre on the UM campus in Missoula. The first performance is a matinee for school children beginning at 12:30PM. School groups interested in attending should call 549-2984 to reserve seats. The second is a family performance beginning at 7PM. Tickets are four dollars for the second show. Call 243-2870 for more information.

The Front Range Conservation and Education Group is hosting a lecture titled “Dinosaurs Got Hurt Too” with Paleontologist Rebecca R. Hanna at Choteau High School Thursday February 21st at 7PM. This event is free and open to the public. Call 590-8070 to learn more.

The Bitterroot La Leche League of Hamilton is holding their monthly meeting today at 11AM in the South Valley Child and Family Center. Pregnant women, mothers, and their children are welcome to attend. For more information, call 239-5839.
