Feel the fire of the mariachi, as the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra romps through Charles Mingus Tijuana Moods. Leader Ron Westray debuts his arrangements of "Better Get Hit in Yo Soul," "Meditation on Integration," and "The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady."
Jazz at Lincoln Center's Peabody Award–winning radio series, Jazz From Lincoln Center, is hosted by Wynton Marsalis and broadcast weekly to over 240 public radio affiliates nationwide through the Jazz Satellite Network. The show features the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra along with contemporary jazz composers and performers.
