Today's Highlight: Jan. 30, 2007
The University of Montana opens its doors to all UM students for a beginner cross country skiing class, which will be held February 3rd at 9am at the Adams Center. Register by January 31st by calling 243-5172.

The Travelers’ Rest Chapter of the Lewis and Clark Trail Heritage Foundation’s next meeting will feature Ian Marquand of Missoula’s KPAX. He will present a look back at the bicentennial entitled, “Through the Eyes of the Media” Thursday, Feb. 1st at the Lolo Community Center. It begins at 7pm. For details, call 273-3651.

The Hockaday Museum of Art in Kalispell will host a series of events throughout the upcoming month of February. School art classes for students between the ages of 6 and 10 will focus on the elements of art and the culture that influences its work. If you are interested in learning more about meeting times, and specific class subjects, call 755-2023.

An AARP Driver Safety Course for seniors 50 and older will be held at the Mountain West Bank Community Room in Whitefish on Monday and Wednesday January 22nd and 24th from 9am to 1pm. To register, call 863-3630.

Montana Legal Services in Helena will host a self help workstation every Wednesday and Friday from 1-5pm. The service will help anyone with a question regarding civil legal issues. Volunteers will provide information, forms to file and referrals to community organizations. For details, call 442-9830.



University and Community Activities are aired at 10:00am Tuesday through Friday, and 1:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. University and Community Activities are announcements about the events and activities of non-profit, cultural, and artistic organizations in our broadcast area.
