A two-minute weekly show that poses an ethics question and includes listener and expert responses. Produced by the Practical Ethics Center at The University of Montana.
Each week a question is posed and listeners are invited to respond anonymously via the Ethically Speaking website. The listeners' responses and views from philosophers are included in each program. Past programs have looked at topics such as: excuses; the spirit of sacrifice; the origins of ethics; believing in the news; and moral mistakes.
The Ethically Speaking radio show helps the Practical Ethics Center meet its mission: to promote sophisticated discussions concerning matters of ethics in public life among professionals, leaders and citizens through projects and programs that serve community needs and encourage public dialogue.
